The recruiting landscape is constantly changing in today's digital world. Companies must become more innovative in their approach to attracting and retaining top talent. In order for organizations to remain competitive, it's imperative they do not lose sight of the candidate experience. Firms run the risk of losing good candidates by relying too heavily on AI.
This article touches on a very controversial topic in today's employment landscape. I feel AI can be beneficial in many ways, but corporations run the risk of missing out on top talent by solely relying on AI to make decisions on who gets shortlisted and which candidates are rejected. The one thing I agree with in this article is that there needs to be a balance of AI and human interaction with potential candidates.
