Marcy and Carey's paths first crossed 12 years ago while they were working at one of the industry's leading recruiting companies. This is where they honed their skills and passion around recruiting, building relationships, and serving others. From day one, they shared a mutual love for motherhood and dedication to being fully present at work and with their families. Now, Marcy and Carey are combining their strengths and bringing their mission to life to empower leaders to reach their full potential. Welcome to the world of Revel Search!
Marcy Stoudt is passionate about developing leaders, bringing teams together, and creating a work environment where people thrive. For the past 30 years, she has worked with hundreds of executives and has coached, taught, and inspired results through confidence and balance.
In 2018, Marcy & her sister started Revel Coach, a leadership development company that delivers exceptional results for executives who aspire to succeed in their careers without sacrificing their personal lives. Prior to starting Revel Coach in 2018, Marcy spent 22 years in Corporate America in various roles from VP of Strategy to VP of Sales & Marketing. This experience influenced her passion for working with people, creating opportunities for others, and hiring talent based on character and potential.
When she’s not coaching, you can find Marcy in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida enjoying time with her husband, admiring her 3 children, and enjoying the endless pursuit of finding joy in every moment.

Meet Carey
Carey, a proud Florida State University softball alumna, earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences and pursued further education, obtaining a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and a Specialist in Education degree. During this time, she excelled as a Career Advisor and Teacher's Assistant, shaping students' futures.
Transitioning from academia to the corporate world, Carey then thrived for nearly 15 years in the IT staffing industry, excelling in roles including leadership, sales management, talent recruitment, and office expansion. Following this, she successfully helped build a financial staffing company, solidifying her market presence with strategic acumen and leadership.
Carey and her family reside in Sandestin, Florida where she actively contributes to her community as a Board Director for the Seaside Neighborhood Middle School and Seacoast Collegiate High School, bridging connections between the community and students pursuing STEAM opportunities. Beyond her career and community engagement, Carey is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She coaches her daughter's softball team, combining her passion for sports and teamwork. Her unwavering faith and commitment to family guide her in all aspects of her life, making her a role model for balancing career, community, and personal values.
