I’m excited to share that Edwin Jansen has joined REVEL SEARCH® as our Strategic AI Advisor. Edwin is one of the most forward-thinking voices in the future of work, and after reading one of his recent articles, I felt something I don’t often feel: fear. Fear about the pace of change. HOW I MOVED FROM FEAR TO ACTION:

When I read Edwin's article, it shook me.


It made me feel the exact thing I tell my kids to watch out for: “Stress is just negative thoughts about your future.” And I felt myself go there.


And then I remembered what I always teach: When you feel fear, wake up. You own your future. Choose an action that builds confidence. So I did.

 

I called Edwin. And within hours — literally hours — I opened my laptop, pulled up ChatGPT, and together we built the REVEL® AI Strategist Program.


This program is designed for experienced leaders who are suddenly asking: “What’s my place in the future of work?”


Here’s what we do in the program, very simply:

• Upskill senior leaders in AI fluency

• Build a confident, future-forward narrative

• Create a custom GPT that helps them refine their purpose and value

• Rebuild their LinkedIn profile through their personalized GPT

• Map a networking plan beyond 1st and 2nd-degree connections

• Teach them to “be seen” and “own their narrative” — the two essentials for experienced leaders

• Position them for short-term consulting or fractional roles while they search for their next employer


Most leaders know how to lead teams. But, few know how to confidently “market” themselves after 20 years of experience, especially in a world changing this fast. This program bridges that gap. It takes leaders out of fear and into action and the future of work.


We have been running a pilot of this program for the last 5 weeks and we're excited to open it to the public in early 2026. Next month, we’ll share two participant testimonials — they’re powerful.
