Let's Connect
Hi! Nice to meet you.
I would love to take the opportunity to share more about myself and why I'm passionate about the value of sourcing, vetting, and hiring talent to build a successful company.

We spend most of our adult lives working in an environment surrounded by co-workers. The job and the people you work with “should” add a happiness factor in your day-to-day, not the opposite. As a business owner of an event production company, solopreneur of a design and styling business, and sports coach of 30 years, I've experienced both success and failure because of the people on my team. From my personal experience, I know that employees thrive when their skills are highlighted within a supportive environment that fosters growth. As a coach, I understand that talent is important, but it is not the only ingredient you need to win.
I joined Revel Search with a goal: to place my clients in jobs where they can "live" their best working days and to give companies opportunities to select the best people to create a successful team.

Tracy's Thought Leadership Picks
Leadership Is More Than Just Efficiency And Processes
One of my key takeaways is what they call the "Good Boss."

It's about a one-on-one relationship in which the leader and employee have a connection that motivates and excites the employee to a higher calling and to do and feel more than they ever expected to.

This plays perfectly into Revel Search's core value "Commitment to Connection," which emphasizes mentorship and leaving a legacy.
Great Leaders (a poem by Meiji Stewart)
I believe there is a leader in everyone.
Leadership comes in many forms and styles. While books and articles on leadership can offer deep insights, sometimes a simple poem or saying can provide the perfect inspiration in our busy lives. A poem can offer a snapshot, a moment to pause, and inspire action right when you need it most. That's why I want to share this poem by Meiji Stewart with you.
